Carol Gonzalez, the daughter of immigrants, was raised in Perris, CA, where she developed a strong passion for politics through her involvement in immigration reform activism at marches and protests in Los Angeles. She launched her political journey with local campaigns, later worked at the California Secretary of State, and worked in Washington, DC, for the Committee for Hispanic Causes (CHC) BOLD PAC.

Afterward, Carol returned to work with Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California in Government Affairs. Subsequently, she registered as a lobbyist for Strategic Education Services, where she took on the role of Senior Legislative Advocate, leading advocacy and consulting efforts for over a dozen clients over five years.

Carol believes her experience in the private sector, political organizations, and nonprofits gives her a unique perspective to serve her clients. Carol is a proud alumnus of nonpartisan organizations, including the New Leaders Council, New Leaders of America, Hispanas Organized for Political Equality Leadership Institute, and the Capitol LGBTQ Association.
